Mars Bar Cake - A Family Favourite Recipe

This recipe is really quick, easy, requires no baking and is so yummy!

What you will need:

Large Saucepan

Baking Tray

Baking Paper

5-6 Mars Bars

110g Butter

110g Sugar

225g Rice Crispies

200g Chocolate for the topping

How to make this delicious treat:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a gentle heat.

  2. Mix in the sugar and the chopped up mars bars.

  3. Once combined remove from heat and stir in the rice crispies until they are fully coated.

  4. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and the mixture down.

  5. Pop in the fridge until set.

  6. Melt the chocolate and pour over the set cake

  7. Refrigerate for 20mins or so until the chocolate sets, then cut into square and enjoy!
