A sweet, chocolatey, naughty flapjack!
This is a really simple bake, perfect with a cuppa!
All you need is:
Shallow baking tray
175g Light Muscovado Sugar
25g Cocoa Powder
225g Plain Chocolate for the topping
Line your baking tray grease proof paper or grease with a bit of butter.
Preheat your oven to 180°
In a large saucepan, melt the butter on a low heat.
Add the sugar and cocoa to the pan and stir well.
Add in the oats and combine.
Press into baking tray and bake for 10-15mins
Leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the flapjack.
Leave to cool, cut in to bars and enjoy!
